Landlord Arrested For Killing Tenant’s 4-Year-Old Son With Pestle. Photo

A landlord, Sunday Omosule, has been arrested for killing a four-year-old son of his tenant, Joseph Akpan, with a pestle.The incident occurred on Sunday at No 23, Adeoye Street, Oko Baale Onipanu area of Ogun State.

Omosule was arrested following a distress call made to the police that he (Omosule) had gone berserk and using the pestle to chase his tenants. .

Ogun State Command Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the mother of the victim was equally hit with the pestle before the landlord used the same object to hit the boy to death. .

When interrogated, the landlord said he always behaved erratically most times, claiming his action was nothing but a spiritual attack.
